La fiambrera de tota la vida!!!! quins records!!! les carmanyoles de les excursions escolars, les del pare a la feina que els hi portàvem al migdia per a què mengès calent..., les dels diumenges a la platja o a buscar bolets (en aquella època els bolets ni tenien pootes ni ales com ara... que ara els "cacen"... :D), a les de les veremes... i ara a la feina... que gràcies a nous electrodomèstics podem escalfar el menjar per la qual cosa dinar a la feina no es fa tan feixuc ni pesat ja que s'obren infinites possibilitats de plats també calentons...
Aquest repte el va triar la nostra estimada Nuria, així que segur que amb la resta de propostes de les nostres admirades Cooking trobareu que aquesta "fiambrera" diària no és tan avorrida... ;)
Nosaltres us presentem una recepta de la mare, super senzilla i saludable ja que porta llegums i nosaltres em som fans d'elles durant tot l'any, i si vosaltres només en mengeu quan fa fred aquesta us serà ideal per provar aquesta mateixa setmana...
CIGRONS AMB PANSES
Ingredients:
* Cigrons cuits
* Tomàquets madurs
* 1 ceba
* Panses de corint
* Aigua, oli d'oliva i sal
Preparació:
- Posar en remull d'aigua les panses per a què s'hidratin una mica.
- Prepareu un bon sofregit amb la ceba i el tomàquet.
- Afegiu al sofregit els cigrons cuits (nosaltres els preferim els cuits dels llegumaires del mercat, abans que els de conserva però també són una bona opció aquests darrers) i les panses escorregudes en una cassoleta de fang o en una de porcellana metàl-lica. Deixar que facin xup-xup una estona per a què s'integrin bé tots els sabors.
- Deixar refredar els cigrons -això és IMPORTANTÍSSIM!!!! per a què no es malmetin- i un cop freds ja es poden guardar en la carmanyola.
